Slow-Fried Radishes / Peace Love & Low Carb Friends #Keto #LCHF #LowCarb Slow-fried radishes are the new homefries! Melt a few TBSP of butter in a skillet, added a bag of radishes that I quartered, some s&p and left them on med/low for about 20 minutes. Even if you don’t usually like radishes I highly recommend giving these a go! They stay a little firmer than potatoes & their taste is so mellow you won’t even miss potatoes!! AND, less than 4 carbs for a whole cup!
